Are there any mail limitations?

Sure, business can hardly survive without commersial email. There is though a set of rules which regulates this field. You should abide by CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and all relevant legislation on bulk and commercial email. Please bear in mind the following requirements:

  • Don't use false or misleading header information: Your "From," "To," "Reply-To," and routing information – including the originating domain name and email address – must be accurate and identify the person or business who initiated the message.
  • The subject line must accurately reflect the content of the message.
  • Your message must include your valid physical postal address.<
  • There should be clear "unsubscribe" or "opt-out" options available for customers.

It is prohibited to:
send unsolicited bulk messages over the internet;
send spam and unsolicited messages to weblogs or automatically publish multiple unrelated comments or promotions of commercial services to weblog sites;
use the SiteValley network and systems to receive replies to unsolicited mass e-mail messages;
forge e-mail headers (i.e."spoofing");
spam using third-party proxy;
send more than 1000 emails per hour for one VPS.

P.S. Hosting web pages advertised via "spam e-mail" sent from another network ("spamvertising") is prohibited. Hosting any web pages or providing any services that support spam is prohibited too.
