Can I change the account owner and grant my services to another person?

Yes, you can pass the account to another person. To do so, log into your Client area, go to My details and change all the contact details to those of a new account owner. An email with a confirmation link will be sent to your current email address. You need to follow the link to confirm the updates.

If you would like to delegate not all of your services to another person, please contact us at [email protected] or create a ticket at the bililng department in the client area (provide Support Pin for verification purpose too).

To avoid confusion, please inform us about such changes if possible.
